Community Mennonite Fellowship Church, Milton, PA: seeking a Director of Youth and Young Adult Ministries. This person will oversee and work with a team of skilled and motivated volunteer leaders, and give direction to all junior high, senior high and young adult ministries in a congregation of about 350. This full-time position, serving 75+ youth and young adults, requires strong leadership experience, demonstrated ministry success and a desire to make a difference for God.
Responsibilities include: serving, discipling, leading, planning, motivating and networking with students, volunteers, parents and young adults.
