WGRC news is committed to providing the latest information on newsworthy events, weather forecasts, incidents, developments, and upcoming activities throughout Central Pennsylvania. With a coverage area of over a dozen counties, WGRC’s news team along with long-standing cooperation from correspondents in Bloomsburg, Danville, Lewistown, State College, Sunbury, and Williamsport provide a balance in local news coverage. WGRC's weekday regional news times are 6:00AM, 7:00AM, 8:00AM, 9:00AM, 12:00PM, 3:00PM, 4:00PM, 5:00PM, and 6:00PM. Weekend regional news coverage is given at 7:00AM, 8:00AM, and 9:00AM.

WGRC joins more than 700 affiliates, by partnering with the Salem Radio Network. Based in Washington, D.C., S-R-N is the fastest growing news service in Christian formatted radio. Round the clock coverage, from around the world, can be heard at the bottom of the hour on WGRC.

WGRC also provides regional and state news with the cooperation of one of the oldest, largest, most trusted news services in the world, the Associated Press. As an affiliate of the AP, WGRC is provided with up to the minute news, sports, and weather information from across the state, nation and world through satellite technology.

Other news features available on WGRC are Mission Network News, a service of Cornerstone College in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Mission Network News provides the most current and inspiring news about world missions within hours of it's happening. You can hear Mission Network News at 12:30PM, and 6:30PM.

Also featured is Family News in Focus, from the Focus on the Family people. Family News in Focus looks at various topics and events which impact the family throughout our nation. You can hear Family News in Focus at 7:30AM, and 4:30PM.
