The Pastor of Music

contexts. A heart

This position reports directly to the Senior Pastor and
is responsible for overseeing all worship music, drama, video,
and multimedia to fit with the message and emphasis on a given
Sunday. The Pastor
of Music is also responsible for the rehearsal of choirs and
praise teams, as well as directing the leadership of specific
technical ministries related to worship.
In addition the Pastor of Music would also assist the
Associate Pastor in the area of youth ministry with regards to
worship.
